Hopping Schedule
 1 oz Hallertauer (6.3%) @ 60 min
Yeast and Additives
 Wyeast 2308 Munich Lager
Brewing Specifics
 Mash all grains at 152°F. Starting Gravity 1.053 For extract version replace all but Crystal and Chocolate with 6.6 lbs dark malt syrup.
