 Wyeast 1056 American Ale
Brewing Specifics
 Steep grains for 20-30 minutes at 155° F. Starting gravity 1.065. You may optionally dry hop with 1 oz Cascade

 Step grains at 150°L. This is an all Columbus variation of the Indiana Pale Ale.
