Hopping Schedule
 1 oz Spalt (1.8%) First Wort Hopped 2 oz Hallertauer (5.2%) @ 60 min 1 oz Spalt (1.8%) @ 20 min 0.5 oz Spalt (1.8%) @ 10 min
Yeast and Additives
 Wyeast 1007 German Ale
Brewing Specifics
 Mash all grains at 150° For extract version replace Pilsner and Munich with 6.6lbs amber malt syrup.
